Neil wrote the excellent Scintilla widget. He also has a Scintilla GTK object that comes with the distribution, but it isn't very GTK+ standard.

Dennis wrote an excellent wrapper for the Scintilla GTK object called GtkScintilla2 which is much better than Neil's GTK+ object. It also makes GtkScintilla2 in to an RPM file that can be installed seperately (with the original Scintilla object it also means that each app had to install it's own copy of the library and statically link to it).

These two guys have generally provided a lot of help over the past few weeks on intrecacies of Gtk+ and Automake/Autoconf. Without them, this release wouldn't be anywhere near as good. Thanks guys! (12/11/04)
